- Workout with modern Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment in our 400 square meter facility. The cardio zone consists of two treadmills, two OrbiTrek elliptical trainers, and two stationary bikes.
- The gym also has a bar with a small coffee shop and lounge where you can relax and surf the internet with free WI-FI. The bar also includes pre-training and post-training mixed cocktails and great Tonino Lamborghini brand coffee.
- The main features of the gym are the Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines.
- Iso-Lateral ® technology delivers the smoothest converging and diverging arcs of motion. It allows users to exercise both legs simultaneously or separately, alternating, or with different weights to each of them.
Ground Base machines offer the type of functional training, when the user stands while exercising. The benches and racks perfectly complement the fitness equipment, creating a comprehensive selection of strength training stations, from adjustable benches and squat racks, to dumbbells, racks, blades, equipment for strengthening abdominal muscles, and much more.
- The machines are designed to be suitable for beginners and advanced users. In the gym, you can gain muscle mass, lose excess pounds, and increase power and stamina.
- Feel free to come, our trained staff will advise you on how to get started and achieve your goals. We have extensive experience with all body types and for women we provide a special program to reduce body fat.
